Interior Window Cleaning

Interior windows often carry fingerprints, cooking residue, pet marks and fine dust.

We use controlled cleaning methods inside the home. We take particular care around timber floors, curtains, blinds, furniture and window furnishings.

Before the appointment, please move small ornaments from window sills and point out any fragile items near the work area.

Frames, Sills and Tracks

Glass can look clean while the surrounding track or frame still looks neglected.

Tracks around sliding doors often collect grit, dead insects, pet hair and debris carried in from decks and lawns. Cleaning these areas improves the overall finish and helps remove dirt that can transfer back onto the glass.

Track cleaning is a detailing service. It does not include repairing rollers, seals, drainage systems or damaged window hardware.

Insect Screens

Screens trap dust and outdoor debris. When they become dirty, they can make clean glass look dull from inside the room.

Suitable screens may be brushed, wiped or washed, depending on their design and condition.

Older screens can become brittle. We will point out visible damage before removing a screen that may be fragile.

High and Difficult-to-Reach Windows

Many lake houses have high glass above stairwells, entranceways, living rooms or sloping ground.

Before cleaning these panes, we look at:

• Deck edges
• Rooflines
• Retaining walls
• Nearby trees
• Landscaping
• Overhead obstacles
• Vehicle access
• Power lines

You may need to move vehicles, unlock gates, secure pets or clear furniture from a deck before work starts.

We will not force access where the ground or building layout makes the job unsafe.

Skylights

Skylights bring natural light into the home but quickly show dust, insect residue and dried water marks.

We clean accessible skylights where the glass and surrounding surfaces can be reached without risking damage to roofing, gutters or flashings.

A cloudy appearance inside a double-glazed skylight may indicate a failed sealed unit. Surface cleaning cannot remove moisture trapped between panes.

Sliding Doors and Bi-Fold Glass

Large glass doors receive constant contact from hands, children and pets.

We pay close attention to handle areas, lower sections, overlapping panels and glass near the tracks.

Please mention doors that stick, have loose handles or do not lock correctly. Window cleaning does not include joinery repairs, but knowing about a fault helps us avoid making it worse.

Glass Balustrades and Pool Fencing

Glass balustrades often sit directly in the main line of sight.

Marks that seem minor from the deck may become obvious when viewed from inside the living room. Cleaning both sides produces the best result where access allows.

Pool fencing may also develop white splash marks or mineral deposits. Recent marks may respond to routine cleaning. Older deposits may need separate treatment.

We do not adjust pool gates, latches or safety hardware.
